Consultation has concluded

On 1st February 2024, we changed the way we collect, store and dispose of upholstered domestic seating. Before this date we made customers aware of the changes via our website, social media and in-person at some of our Waste Recycling Centres. We are continuously working to ensure that the information we provide to customers is concise and easy to understand.
