Customer Engagement Survey
To shape our Customer Service strategy for 2023-2026 we’d like to invite our customers to provide open and honest feedback on what it is like engaging with Renfrewshire Council.
As well as telling us about your last interaction with the Council we’re looking for your ideas on how we can improve our Customer Service and which channels you’d like to see included in our Customer Service strategy.
This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 17th July 2023.
