Renfrewshire Council remains committed to improving the service it provides to local people.

Our Customer Service strategy 2017-2022 outlined our approach to achieving this commitment and how we planned to involve our customers and make a difference to the service we provide.

To shape our Customer Service strategy for 2023-2026 we’d like to invite our customers to provide open and honest feedback on what it is like engaging with Renfrewshire Council.

As well as telling us about your last interaction with the Council we’re looking for your ideas on how we can improve our Customer Service and which channels you’d like to see included in our Customer Service strategy.

We recognise the Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated a move to online channels and an ever-growing number of our customers are looking to communicate, interact and access services through digital channels. However, we also realise not all our customers are able to access services digitally, nor are they comfortable using online services.

This is your chance to work with us to help make improvements to what we do and, importantly, how we do it.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will close on 17th July 2023.
